Consulting Services
 We are a full service interior design company offering professional services for both residential and commercial buildings. Our designers have training and experience in both remodeling and new construction. Consulting services can be widely varied from strictly presentational to on site investigation and report. We work with investors to determine remodel and rehabilitation feasibility as well as architects and thier clients for determining possible plan faults and or product specification.
Office Space Planning
We have professional dedicated to furniture and furnishing palcemant for residential customers. We use Computer Aided Design (CAD) for planning overall large scale space allocation as well as furniture placement and furniture systems placement. We typically work with existing structures and architects to achieve maximum function. Creative problem solving is the heart of functional space planning.
We will work with the client directly to establish the difference between desire and necessity. Needs determined can be budget, spacial use, product specification, color specification, furniture systems, occupancy limits, as well as problem solving during and after construction. On site availability and professional consulting are mandatory throughout construction and remodel processes. A general needs analysis is invaluable for space planning and almost mandatory for furniture systems.
The aim of a well developed concept is to provide specific ideas through display of color, lighting, furniture, and furnishings to convey a message or exact an emotion. Often businesses have a concept somewhat developed as a result of the nature of the business. Marketing professional are the first to put forth a well defined concept of identity. We like ti use established concepts and carry them a step further. We'll create a notebook and presentational items specifying color, lighting, furnishings, fixtures, and basically any construction method or materials necessary to bring the desired concept of identity into reality.
These services would be similar to a general contractors services. We'll provide an outline of delivery and installation as it pertains to a specific job. These services are only provided when using our company for concept development, however "Concept Execution" is not a required service when contracting for "Concept Development".
A routine part of consulting is helping the clinet create and stick to allowances provided by a builder. When custom construction and large scale projects are in initial development stages, an interior designer can be instrumental in developing an "interior" budget.
We have web developers and graphic designers onsite that can create 3D view of a space from blueprints. We can also use your architects blueprints to create a clean 2 dimentional view of scaled furniture placement and or colors and materials used.

Window Treatments
We love to create new and exciting window fashions for clients. Regardless of window size a statement can be made using fabric, or a myriad of available products. Making the fabrics work with existing furniture and furnishings is the work of seasoned designers. Deciding to use hard surface treatments such as blinds, shutters, and shades is a popular option but using at least some fabric on top of these functional window treatments is frosting on the cake. We love to put frosting on your cake ! Our hard surface window treatment supplier is Kensington-Texton of Garland,Tx. Lead time on custom “hard surface” treatments usually take from one week to ten days. We have excellent samples and are able to install on request.
